Mrs. Dulce Molina is a Venezuelan from Valencia, Carabobo from a financially well-off family. She visited Aruba frequently and almost always stayed at La Cabana.
She came to live in Aruba in 2013 after the Chavista government took over the family business.
She has a son with legal name: Carlos Adrian Propesa Molina. Carlos is a political scientist who studied law.
In 2024 he was elected deputy of the “Party Un Nuevo Tiemp” (UNT) in the state parliament Carabobo.
The UNT Party was in the oposition.
On August 17, 2024, just 21 days after the election, the government kidnapped Carlos and imprisoned him along with thousands of others who were against the government.
